You can rename the links, but not reposition them, from Client Config:

1. Go to Client Config (/admin/configclient) and open the Theme: Navigation tab.
2. Set Name: Current Menu (default "View Menu") and Name: Catering Menu (default "Catering Menu") to change the link labels.
3. Whether each link shows at all is controlled by the Pages to show on header / Pages to show on footer checklists on the same tab (the header list has a "View Menu Page" option, the footer list a "Current Menu" option).

In the current version there is no self-service control for the order the links appear in - the underlying position values exist in the system but aren't exposed on any settings page a regular admin can reach, so ask Sprwt support to reorder them. For a fully custom, drag-and-drop navigation instead of the built-in header/footer links, use the Menu Builder.
