Single stop: click Delete in the row, confirm "Delete the stop for <name>? This cannot be undone. You can re-export this order afterwards."

Several stops: tick the checkboxes of exported orders; a bar appears with "N stops selected" — click Delete selected stops and confirm.

Sprwt removes each stop from its route in Root Deliveries and reports "N stop(s) deleted successfully" (or "X deleted, Y failed (reason)"). Deleted orders go back to Not Exported, so you can tick them and export them again — for example into a different route. Requires the manage-stops permission.
