Either click the trash icon in the ACTIONS column of the menu table, or open Select Meals For this day and click the red - (Remove from menu) next to the meal. A "Meal removed from menu" toast appears and the table refreshes. No confirmation is asked for a single meal. The removal only affects that date at the current kitchen; the recipe itself and other dates are untouched.
