Open the preset (pencil icon or its name in the list), stay on the Meals tab and click the trash icon in the meal's ACTIONS column, or open Select Meals and click the red -. A "Meal removed from menu" toast confirms it and the count updates. Dates that already received this meal from the preset are not affected.
