How do I remove a customer from a membership plan?
Open the customer under Marketing > Users (page header shows the eyebrow Customers, title Users), set the Membership Plan dropdown back to --No Membership Plan-- and click Save. From then on any coupon limited to that plan is rejected for this customer with This coupon is not valid.
