Press Reject on the New card. This opens the cancel modal (the same one used for Cancel later), where you choose whether to refund (No refund, Digital Wallet or the original payment method), the refund type and amount, and confirm with Cancel checkout / Cancel and Refund checkout. A New order carries no cancellation fee.
