On the Preferences tab, click Edit on the Allergies card, click each ingredient icon to toggle it selected (highlighted), then Save. Selected allergens show as icons/labels on the card and are used elsewhere (e.g. meal filtering, kitchen prep) wherever allergen data is surfaced.
