How do I reactivate (unpause) a paused subscription and choose when it renews?
- Open the paused subscription and click Reactivate Auto Renewal (or Reactivate in the User Subscriptions panel).
- In Reactivate Auto Renewal, choose Select the next renewal date – it defaults to today and past dates cannot be picked.
- Click Reactivate Subscription.
Auto-renewal is switched on, the pause and scheduled-unpause dates are cleared, and the renewal is anchored to the date you chose (the Day To Renew weekday is updated to match). The customer receives the Subscription: Renew notification. If the date you chose is inside the renewal window, the next automatic run will charge the customer. Reactivating a cancelled subscription is not possible this way – use Uncancel Subscription instead ("This subscription is Cancelled").
