In any rich-text field with the full toolbar, click the @ (mention) button. A dropdown lists placeholders such as your Company Name, Company Email, Company Phone Number and other business settings that are marked as available for this; pick one and it is inserted as @key. When the page renders, Sprwt automatically replaces @key with the current value of that Business setting, so you never have to update the text by hand when the detail changes later. Separately, on pages that use one of the older, fixed (non-DIY) templates, the raw page content also accepts bracket placeholders like [faqs] (your FAQ list) and [gallery] (your uploaded image gallery).
