How do I put a customer on a membership plan?
- Go to Marketing in the left menu, then in the Marketing section of the flyout click Users (the page header's eyebrow reads Customers, but the actual menu label and page title are Users) — or click + Add User to create one.
- On the profile form find the Membership Plan dropdown (in the right-hand column of the main details, near Root Planner Customer if that integration is on).
- Choose the plan; the default is --No Membership Plan--.
- Click Save.
A customer can be on one membership plan at a time. The plan takes effect immediately: the next time the customer applies a coupon that is limited to this plan, the checkout accepts it.
