Open the sale in Transactions, tap the receipt icon, and choose from:

• Print — the customer-facing order receipt, sent to the device's configured "Order Receipt" printer (or the browser print dialog if none is set up).
• Print meals receipts — kitchen/prep tickets for each meal on the order, sent to the device's "Meals Receipt" printer role instead.

Both route through the device's Bridge Device printer if one's configured for that role, and fall back to a browser print window otherwise. In the current version the Email option in this same menu is not wired up yet — it's a plain link with no click handler, so tapping it does nothing.
