Open the order and click Print Order at the top of the Quick Actions card. It opens /admin/checkouts/<id>/printpdf in a new tab: if the PDF engine is available you get a grayscale PDF named Order-<id>.pdf; otherwise a clean print-only page opens and automatically launches your browser's print dialog (and closes after printing). The print version hides the sidebar, buttons and tooltips and keeps the invoice, delivery sections, items and totals. Anyone with List or Edit Customer Orders permission can print.
