Click the Print icon in the proposal toolbar. Sprwt asks Choose Which customer to print the Proposal for (the document is addressed to that customer), then opens a print-ready version of the proposal (/admin/events/proposals/{id}/printPDF/{customer}) which you can save as PDF from the browser's print dialog. The customer can do the same with Print as PDF on their proposal page. The printed proposal includes the status line, event details, customer contact, menu by course, custom meals, invoice items, labor & equipment, payment history and totals.
