Open your storefront's Catering ordering page for a specific date — the same page customers use to place catering orders. It only shows meals once that date has meals selected on it and falls on a day your kitchen is open for catering. Meals whose category has Show on Anchor enabled appear grouped under that category; everything else falls into an "uncategorized" group.
