How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
Pause Future Renewals stops your subscription from auto-renewing (either indefinitely or until a date you schedule) without cancelling any deliveries you've already paid for. Cancel Subscription stops all future renewals permanently — it also does not touch anything you've already purchased; to get a refund on an already-purchased delivery you have to contact the store directly. Depending on the store's settings, either action may only be available as a "request" (an email is sent to the store and staff completes it for you) rather than something you can do yourself immediately.
