What you see depends on the business's settings:
- Self-service — click Pause Future Renewals; this turns off auto-renew right away. A checkbox lets you optionally pick a specific date the subscription should automatically resume; leave it unchecked and it stays paused indefinitely until resumed.
- Request only — under a "Request to pause" label, click Request; this submits a pause request for staff to review rather than pausing it immediately, and you'll get a confirmation message and (usually) an email.

Which one you get is the *more restrictive* of the store-wide pause setting and your specific subscription's own pause rule.
