Open Real Time > Dashboard (/admin/kds). The page hides the normal admin menu and footer so it can run full-screen on a kitchen display. Layout:

• Top bar: a Back link to the admin, and the title "Real Time Orders for Kitchen name".
• Summary cards: New Orders (not yet started), Processing (orders in preparation), Orders Ready (Finished orders) and Waiting (Orders fully prepared and waiting pickup), each with a count.
• Live clock and the board date.
• Order cards (main area), one per order, sorted by promised time.
• Meal status panel (right) with New / Processing / Ready tabs listing item totals.

A modal opens for order details, courier requests and cancellations.
