1. When the terminal detects there's no open drawer for the current device, it automatically shows the Start Drawer screen (you can't sell until this is done).
2. Enter the Starting Cash amount actually in the till.
3. Tap Start Drawer.

This creates a drawer record tied to the current device, reseller, and the signed-in employee, timestamped now.
