On the customer's card in Retail Grab&Go - Checkouts click Mark as Picked Up. The Mark the meals as picked up window lists each meal with its Pickup Status (Waiting for pickup, Picked Up or Refunded). Tick the meals handed over (or the header checkbox for all - already picked-up and refunded meals are disabled), review the Meals marked as picked: summary and click Mark as Picked Up. The card's Delivery Status updates to Picked Up (X of N Meals). When every meal of an order has been picked up, the order's reminder notifications are switched off automatically.
