Open the proposal, scroll to Payment Options > Status, choose Completed (event delivered) or Archived (hide it), and Save — the change is written to the proposal's status log. Archived proposals disappear from the customer's own /proposals page (only Archived and brand-new proposals are excluded there). One thing to note: on the admin proposals list, the hero stat labelled Completed does not actually count proposals with the Completed status — it counts proposals that are Fully Paid. Neither the Completed nor the Archived status is included in that page's "active" totals. Reports that filter by status use an internal Sprwt setting (default: Fully Paid and Partially Paid).
