Go to Marketing > System emails (/admin/emails), find the Subscription: Meals To Choose Reminder card on the Client tab, and click Send Emails. This runs the same reminder logic as the daily scheduled job: it emails every customer who still has subscription meals to choose for a delivery date inside the window set by Client Config > Order: Subscription > Subscription Meals To Choose Reminder - days before delivery date cutoff (in days) (default 3 days). Unlike the daily job, the manual send does not skip customers who were already reminded automatically — it re-emails everyone currently in the window, so it's meant as a way to nudge people again outside the normal schedule, not just catch stragglers. A confirmation banner shows how many reminder emails were sent.
