The home page is whichever page has an empty Url Slug, and it's only used when the site's internal Client Theme setting is set to page (rather than a fixed home template). This particular setting is not exposed on your regular Business Settings screens — it's a backend configuration Sprwt sets up for your site — so if you're not sure which mode your site is in, ask Sprwt support. Assuming your site is already set that way: open Website > Pages, find the page with a blank slug (shown as / in the list) and edit its modules – or create a new page and leave the slug blank. The Preview button on that page opens your site root. If the home page has been Published with the New Builder, the builder layout is what visitors see instead of the classic modules.
