On the Bridge Devices list, each row shows an online/offline indicator computed from the last time that bridge "checked in": it's considered online if it has pinged Sprwt within the last 5 seconds. This is a live signal (backed by Redis), not something you set manually — if the bridge app isn't running or lost network access, the row will flip to offline within a few seconds.
