Set Catering: Show Venues on Proposals (on the Order: Venues tab) to No. The venue option disappears from the proposal's delivery-method dropdown and the Venues Location section, leaving only Pickup/Delivery/Invoicing. The default is Yes. The same toggle is available as Show Venues on the Catering Settings page.
