How do I hide the sort drop-down or the search box on the A la Carte page?
On Order: A la Carte, set A la Carte: Show sort to No to remove the Sort by drop-down (A-Z / Z-A / higher price / lower price) from the meal list, and set A la Carte: Show search filters to No to remove the text search box. Both default to Yes.
