These reports have a Columns button in the toolbar. It opens a Visible columns dialog where every column has an on/off toggle; changes apply instantly and a green counter shows how many are visible. Click Reset to default to restore all columns and Done to close. Your choice is remembered in your browser for that report. When you click Print on a table, the printed page hides the same columns you hid on screen (the Delivery and Pick-up reports keep their two grouping columns locked).
