Open the item and switch Is Active? off, then save. Inactive items are hidden from the storefront and from the admin list until you tick Show Inactive Products / Show Inactive Extras in the filter panel; their order history and reviews are kept. There is no delete action for extras or products (only individual reviews can be deleted).
