Theme > Kitchen has a Display menu by category switch per page type: Current Menu: Display menu by category, A la Carte: Display menu by category, Catering: Display menu by category (requires the Catering module) and Realtime: Display menu by category. With Yes (default for all four) meals are shown under category headings with anchor links; with No they are shown as one flat list. When either the Current Menu or A la Carte switch is on, the meal category editor also shows an anchor field so you can name the jump link for each category.
