You don't do this yourself — staff mark a bag's status as "Returned" in their system, which automatically credits the configured bag-return fee back to your digital wallet balance (unless the specific bag is marked non-returnable, in which case staff can't mark it returned and no credit applies). The bag then disappears from your Bags list once it's returned or refunded.
