On Gross Sales:

• Click the Total Tips tile. The pop-up shows Order, Customer (linked to the profile, or "Guest Checkout"), Tip, Checkout Total and Creation Date for every order with a tip above zero.
• Click the Total Refunds tile. The pop-up shows Order, Customer, Checkout Total, Refund amount and Creation Date for every order that has a refund recorded.

The Total Refunds tile itself shows the number of orders whose status is Total Refund or Partial Refund, followed by the total refunded amount. Both pop-ups export to PDF/Excel. Tips are also listed on the Fees report.
