Turn on Client Config > Order: Subscription > Show Lifetime Subscriptions Report. The Subscriptions Report then shows Daily Report / Lifetime Report tabs, and /admin/reports/lifetimesubscriptions lists every subscription for the selected kitchen location with Subscription ID, Subscription Status (Active, Cancelled (date), Paused (date), Unpausing <date>, or Paused, with a tooltip explaining it may have been paused by the system when the subscription reached its end period), Street address, City, STATE and ZipCode, sortable and searchable, with Print Complete Report. It requires the same Subscriptions Report permission; with the setting off the page redirects.
