1. On Meal Recipes click Generate Meals With Sprwt AI.
2. Set How many meals do you want to generate (1-10), pick one or more cuisines, a style (Standard, Diet, Comfort), the meal type categories and diet categories to associate, and the protein(s) to use as the main ingredient. Leave Would you like the recipe? on to get an ingredient list, and Auto-generate meal images? on to get a photo per meal.
3. Click Generate New Meals. The suggestions appear as editable cards (name, description, production price, selling price, ingredients, macros). Remove any you do not want.
4. Click Save Suggested Meals.

Each saved meal is created with the name (also used as internal name), description, selling and production price, the ingredient text as Cooking Instructions, a default heating instruction ("Microwave for 2-3 minutes or until desired temperature"), the estimated macros on the default portion (Auto Macros off), the selected categories, and - if requested - a 1024×1024 main image. The structured ingredients are matched to existing sub-recipes by name or created as new sub-recipes (with $0 cost) and linked with their quantities, so review costs afterwards. Image generation can take several minutes for many meals.
