With the FedEx module enabled and your FedEx account details entered in Client Config, open Bags By Delivery Date, tick the delivery bags whose route is a FedEx route, and click Generate Carrier Labels in the Bulk actions panel. For each bag Sprwt sends a shipment to FedEx using your company address as shipper, the order's shipping address as recipient, the bag type's own weight plus the bag's contents weight, its length/width/height, packaging type, insured value and special services (e.g. dry ice), and the FedEx label stock you configured. On success the row gets a Tracking Number and Label (and Return Label when FedEx returns one) buttons that open the PDFs; any FedEx warnings or errors are listed at the top as "#<bag> -> message". Pickup bags and bags on non-FedEx routes are skipped. In the current version this control is coded as a link rather than a real form-submit button, with no visible script wiring it up — if clicking it does nothing, contact support rather than assuming the labels were generated.
