On DB Changes, use the Tables multi-select to filter by table name, Operation to filter by insert/update/etc., Users to filter by who made the change, and the free-text Search box for anything else (change ID, date, table name, affected record ID, or content of the change itself). There's also a Filters dropdown for "Only With Errors" to isolate failed writes.
