On tab 1 - Business Information complete every starred field and click Save:

• Business Legal Name – the exact legal name used on your tax filings (pre-filled with your Company Name).
• Website Url – read-only; your Sprwt site URL is used.
• Business Regions Of Operations – pick one or more of AFRICA, ASIA, EUROPE, LATIN AMERICA, USA AND CANADA.
• Business Type – Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, Limited Liability Corporation, Co-operative, Non-profit Corporation or Corporation.
• Business Registration Identifier – the kind of registration number: EIN or DUNS (USA), CCN (Canada), Company Number (Great Britain), ACN (Australia), CIN (India), VAT / VATRN / RN or Other. A warning reminds you to use EIN if you have a US entity, to avoid brand registration failures.
• Business Registration Number – the number itself (EIN for US businesses).

Your industry is submitted as Food & Beverage automatically. Every field is required; leaving one blank shows a message such as "Business Registration Number is required".
