On the Users list, click the Excel button above the table. It exports exactly the rows currently visible on screen — same tab (Active/Suspended), same search, same sort, same page — as a real .xls file (built as an HTML table Excel opens natively), up to the 50-row page ceiling. It does not silently pull the whole customer database.
