Above the grid there are two buttons, Export to (.ics) and Export to (.ical). Both download a calendar file for the period you are looking at (the month, the week or the day). The file contains one entry per event (Event: name, start and end from the event date and times, the internal notes as description and the venue, delivery address or pickup point as location), one to-do per proposal task (Task: title with its status) and one entry per online venue booking (Venue: name with the invoice number). Import the file into your calendar app. The .ics version uses local times; the .ical version writes event times as UTC.
