Click the Calendar Export icon in the proposal toolbar. Sprwt downloads an .ics file named Event {name} #{id} containing the event name, date and start time, the location (pickup point or delivery address) and the attached customers as attendees, with a link back to the proposal. Import it into Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar. For a full calendar view of all events use Catering > Calendar (/admin/events/calendar), which also offers monthly/weekly/daily iCal exports.
