1. Go to Deliveries > Root Planner (or click the Root Planner card on the dashboard's delivery-date panel).
2. Pick the date in the Delivery Date field — the page reloads for that date and shows the Customer Sync overview (which orders are already in Root Planner and which are not).
3. Click Export to Root Planner in the header and confirm "Export orders for this date to Root Planner?".
4. Read the Export Results and Export Errors tables that appear.

If a kitchen location is selected in the admin, only that location's orders are exported; with no location selected, all locations are processed. You can run the export again at any time — orders that already have a tracking code are skipped.
