With the Macros module, the ingredient form shows the Macro-nutritional Table with one row per macro that is visible on the front end or on labels (MACRO / QNT / DAILY %). Type the amount of each macro contained in one Base Weight of the ingredient in the QNT column; the DAILY % bar fills automatically against the macro's daily value and turns red above 100%. Macros are set up under Settings > Kitchen Settings > Macros. Values you leave at 0 are not stored. On mobile the table is collapsed behind a View Macros button.
