Colour settings (Theme > General colours, Popup colours) are edited as text: click the value and type a hex code such as #FF6600 or FF6600 (the leading # is optional for the branding colours; it is added automatically when the site styles are generated). Press the check mark to save. Leave a colour empty to fall back to the theme default.
