Ordering modules are switched on and off through the account-level Modules to configure list, not from the Order tabs. That list is not shown on the Configuration page; it is managed by Sprwt (during onboarding or by support) and it is what makes each Order tab, storefront page and admin menu item appear. In the current version the Order tabs only customise an active module - deleting or blanking their values does not disable the module. If you want a module added or removed, contact Sprwt support. To simply hide an active module from customers, remove it from Theme: Kitchen > Show on Header Menu and remove its links from your pages.
