1. Go to Stripe > Account Settings and click Edit Account Information on the Account Information panel (this button only appears once your kitchen location is on live, not test, Stripe keys).
2. In the Edit Account Information window fill in the Account Information fields: Bussiness Name, Bussiness Url (must start with https://), Support Email, Support Phone, Support Url (https://), Statement Descriptor (only the first 10 characters are kept) and Statement Descriptor Prefix (first 3 characters kept).
3. Fill in the Address section: Street Address, a second address line for PO/Unit/Apt/Suite, City, State, Postal Code and a 2-letter Country Code.
4. Click Submit and confirm "Are you sure?".
5. Blank fields are left unchanged; only the fields you filled in are sent to Stripe. On success you see "Account with updated with success!" and the page reloads with the new values. Errors from Stripe are shown in red inside the window.

The window itself notes that these changes "will reflect on your Stripe Account Information" - i.e. they are written to your Stripe account, not just to Sprwt.
