1. In Meal Recipes, tick the checkbox on each card (or the select all checkbox above the list, if shown).
2. A red Delete button appears above the list - click it to set all selected meals inactive.
3. To bring meals back, tick Show Inactive Meals in the left filter, select the cards, and click the green Restore button.

Deleting never erases the recipe or its order history; it only hides the meal from menus until you restore it. Both the bulk action and the single-card Delete/Restore both require admin-level access.
