Open the FAQ from admin/faqs and click the Delete button at the top of the edit form, next to Save (a confirmation prompt appears). There is no undo, and no drag-to-reorder – FAQs are listed in the order they were created. Note: in the current version this page is not linked from the left-hand menu, so you'll need to go to the URL directly (or via a link from wherever your team keeps it) rather than clicking through a Website > FAQs menu item.
