Pages can only be deleted by a Sprwt super-admin (the Delete button in Settings is hidden for regular admins) – ask Sprwt support if you need a page removed. Blog posts can be deleted by anyone with Edit Blog Posts, either with the trash icon in the Blog list ("Delete Blog Post – This action cannot be undone") or the Delete Post button in Settings.

There is no recycle bin: a deleted page/post is gone immediately, along with its category links. If you only want to take a page offline, remove it from your navigation (Menu Builder / Theme: Navigation) and add a Redirect from its address to another page.
