Open the flow, click Settings, then Delete flow and confirm Are you sure?. The flow must be Off; otherwise you get Flow must be disable in order to delete it!. Deleting removes the flow, all its blocks, the email designs created for it, any messages still waiting in the queue, and the sent history and statistics of that flow. It cannot be undone. If you only want to pause it, switch it Off instead.
