Open the template from the Templates list. To hide it from the Choose A template panel without losing it, switch off Is Active? and click Save; the list will show it as Inactive. To remove it permanently, click DELETE, then confirm Delete in the pop-up Are you sure that you want to delete this template?. Deleting removes the template and all of its meal, expense and invoice-item lines; events previously created from it are not affected. You can only open and delete templates that belong to your active kitchen.
