1. Go to /admin/faqs (the Faqs list; note this page currently has no link in the left-hand admin menu, so you'll need to type or bookmark the URL). Click How to create a FAQ to play a short video.
2. Click Add new (/admin/faqs/0) or click an existing FAQ's ID.
3. Fill in Question (max 100 characters) and Answer (up to 65,000 characters).
4. Click Save. Both fields are required — you'll get "Title empty" / "Content empty" otherwise. On success you're returned to the same page with a Done! message.

To remove one, open it and click Delete (confirm "Are you sure?"). FAQs have no ordering or category options; they are shown in the order they were created.
