With the Allergens & Dislikes module go to Settings > Kitchen Settings > Allergens (/admin/ingredientsallergens) or Dislikes (/admin/ingredientsdislikes), click Add new, enter a Name (required, "Name empty" otherwise) and optionally map an Ingredient API entry (Ingredients API module), then Save. The list shows ID, Name, Ingredients (how many ingredients carry it), Users (how many customers selected it on their profile) and, with the Ingredients API module, an inline-editable Ingredients API mapping.
